It is chopped 3.5 inches with all corners rounded. The hood is louvered with rounded front corners. It has Frenched headlights and a 51 De Soto Grill. Custom front bumper. Shaved door handles. Electric power windows and (remote) power doors and trunk with hidden buttons inside and out. Gas filler is under a trap door in the trunk. The battery is just in front of the spare tire. The Air ride pumps are in the front of the trunk behind the snap off cover. The spare is a 5th matching wheel and tire. Finished fire wall and fender wells. Notice the rear side windows open.(VERY unusual for a chopped Merc) The rear fenders are Frenched with custom tail lights. The rear bumper is molded into the rear pan, fenders & body. Check out the custom windshield molded together. The body is finished in a Rat Rod Mat-Flat black. All the door, trunk and engine compartment areas are finished in gloss black if a new owner wanted to paint the car a gloss black. The Morrison frame is finished in a glossy black. This MERC has an interesting and checkered past. Lots of restoration pictures on the way. Interior The seats (front and rear) are out of a 2004 Buick. They are power remote and the right front seat folds forward for entrance to the rear seat. The head liner, door panels, rear window shelf, carpets and trunk finish are custom. Air conditioning is by Vintage Air. Note the Vintage Air outlets in the custom dash. The Dashboard is a one off custom dash with aftermarket gages.
