There were not any continentals produced during the wwii years of 1942 to 1945 and production was restarted in 1946 and continued through 1948. This lincoln is a very solid car with a nice interior in charcoal grey cloth. All gauges operate as well as the radio. This 1948 lincoln continental coupe is powered by a 297 cubic inch v 12 that offers 130 horsepower and goes though a 3 speed column shifted manual transmission. The wheelbase of the car is 125 inches. Total production for the coupe was 847 vehicles. 1948 was the last year of production on the lincoln continental twelve coupe and also marked the last year of production for the v-12 engine.
