I'm about 5 foot 4 inches tall, I know--nothing to be proud of, and I can sit in the 3rd row seat rather comfortably. The 2nd row seats fall forward easily, making the access to the rear seat a piece of cake. They are not as large as the big SUVs, like Tahoes or Expedtions, but has the passenger capacity and roominess of them. They are one of the safest vehicles on the road today also. XC90s have side impact inflatable curtains for all three rows of seating and a gyroscope, used in conjunction with Volvo's stability/traction control system, that detects and corrects a possible rollover. And, they are built on the S80 car chassis, making them a very comfortable and enjoyable automobile to drive. They are also sporty and outdoor looking, especially in this Titanium metallic paint and graphite leather interior combination.
