See cons listed above. Rust on body, brake issues, suspension issues and insufficient space in engine compartment to work on vehicle. Design for the fasteners should have been more standardized so fewer tools could be used during repairs. It may be that we did not wash vehicle sufficiently to remove salt in the winter, however having more plastic parts to shield the underside of the minivan would have been a better choice (similar to a Saturn say...)
Plymouth Voyager Ratings, Reviews and Analysis
Ratings & Reviews
I never thought of myself as a minivan type, having had a series of trucks before, but in the age of "stand and deliver" at the pump, I needed something with better economy as well as utility. A good friend commented that his father, known for his solid common sense, had driven a minivan for years with good results so I gave one a try, choosing an older model based on several recommendations along the lines "they run forever if cared for." Fortunately, these recommendations came true and the reliability and versatility, as well as the more reasonable fuel economy have made me quite happy with my Voyager.
