I need a vehicle that will handle a variety of situations. My F150 dresses up for special events, drives comfortably across the country, or climbs muddy mountains and hauls tools and firewood for me. Better gas milage would be a plus but I'm happy.
2011 Ford F-150 Ratings, Reviews and Analysis
Some owners of previous model years had lodged complaints that their trucks were under-powered, so Ford made a decision that this was the most important issue to address. As such, there's a whole new lineup of engines that owners were able to choose from. Some owners of one of the higher-priced trim options said they'd like to see an even more luxurious version, while still maintaining that package's capabilities, so ford introduced a Lariat Limited trim level. Some of the standard features from earlier models were changed around and electric-assist power steering was added. SVT Raptor buyers were also given the SuperCrew option as well.
Ratings & Reviews
I like everything about this truck. There is not currently a better base engine in a truck than this, and you can still tow more than most people do with ease, while also being able to get really good gas mileage. It is faster than you think, and really likes to rev which makes driving it very fun.
I have been really happy with my ecoboost 2011 f150 supercab. I had to have a catalitic (?) converter replaced when the truck was about a year old. When the truck was about 4-5months old, I had to replace the front driver side speaker. About a month ago, the front passenger side speaker started acting up. I thinking Ford used some extremely cheap speakers, I have never blasted my radio. I am thinking after the warrenty runs out, I will be replacing the speakers with some higher quality ones.
Enjoy this truck a lot; have the supercab model, so back seat room is nice for family hauling, too. Good quality bedliner and rails, as on my previous Ford, I do a lot of hauling. Well trimmed out interior, really like the hands free use of the phone, too.
Better gas mileage, the ride is great. Handles very well. Great pick up ! Very roomy cab, have lots of room my wife, grand kids and myself. Only had to have routine maintenance done no problems. Wish the sync would work better with my iPhone.
