2010 Ford F-150 Ratings, Reviews and Analysis

Model year 2010 saw the return of the Harley-Davidson Edition of F-150s, as well as the introduction of the rock-crushing Special Vehicle Teams (SVT) Raptor Edition. It also saw the end of the flareside body style, unfortunately, as well as some minor equipment tweaks for some of the different trim packages. By the time this model year rolled around, the F-150 was enjoying a run of almost 30 years as the most popular (according to sales volume) vehicle out of Detroit. They've accomplished this by building trucks that are fun and easy to drive, have respectable towing capabilities, and a dizzying array of options and trim levels.

Worst vehicle purchase I've ever made.

Engine failed after two months. Warranty repair took nearly ten months and two dealers to diagnose and repair. The engine died due to oil starvation and the warranty repair included reinstalling old OIL STARVED engine components. Ran great for two months and began to rattle/knock at idle. Also burning approximately 1/2L of coolant per week. Dealer says everything is OK, no comment when questioned about coolant loss or engine rattle. Fuel economy dropped to 8mpg recently. Overall the worst vehicle purchase I have made.

impressed

Mileage fair rides great plenty of room looks good sounds great throttled up with throttle body spacer and cold air intake dash display fair but newer models look much better and having the rear locker would be nice replacing front shocks ow costly

I absolutely love everything about it.

Loved everything about it. The driver side seat ac never worked and they couldn't fix it but other than that love love love. I have a 2010 f150 king ranch. The leather and entire interior design is beautiful and I have the white tri coat which is beautiful.

This is my dream truck.

My truck is a 2010 Ford F 150 Supercrew 4x4. Everything works well. It is the most comfortable, stable vehicle that I have ever had the pleasure to drive 110 miles per hour. You need the four wheel drive, even if you do not dirve off road. It works well in the snow and muddy parking lots with hills. I often park where no one else can.
