Enjoyable, sporty looking ride.

Love the looks and spaciousness of the car. Like the blue tooth function. It's a comfortable ride for our family of four for road trips and for my commute to work. The trunk is also very spacious. Zoom, zoom, zoom!

Excellent car, would buy another one, Mazda builds solid cars.

No dislikes-good car. Nice leather interior, comfortable on trips and not noisy. 90,000miles and no major repairs. Regular oil and filter, check tires and brakes. Oh, O.K. 2-3 sets of brakes and every time it has to be pads and rotors. However, I think almost all cars today go through both each time.

Overall a solid purchase. Car is very reliable.

It was value priced and got good gas mileage. It was roomy inside, I am 6' and 245lbs, it seems to handle very well also.

Recall Notices

2017 Mazda MAZDA6 (10/18/2016)

Campaign Number: 16V753000
Component Name: EXTERIOR LIGHTING:TURN SIGNAL
Manufacturer: Mazda Motor Corp.
Description: Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain model year 2017 Mazda6 vehicles manufactured August 12, 2016, to September 28, 2016 and equipped with optional accessory fog lights. Due to an incorrect combination switch being installed, the turn signals may not automatically cancel by the rotation of the steering wheel. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
Defect: A vehicle continuously driven with the turn signal flashing may result in confusion to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action: Mazda will notify owners, and dealers will replace the combination switch, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in November 2016. Owners may contact Mazda customer service at 1-800-222-5500. Mazda's number for this recall is 0316J.

2010 Mazda MAZDA6 (8/11/2016)

Campaign Number: 16V594000
Component Name: AIR BAGS
Manufacturer: Mazda Motor Corp.
Description: Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain model year 2009-2010 Mazda6 vehicles manufactured February 4, 2008, to December 3, 2009. The protective coating may not have been properly applied to the air bag control unit (ACU) and, as a result, moisture may damage the unit causing it to malfunction.
Defect: Failure of the ACU would illuminate the air bag warning light and prevent the air bags from deploying in the event of a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Corrective Action: Mazda dealers will replace the ACU, free of charge, however parts are not currently available. Mazda will send interim notifications to owners beginning October 3, 2016 and will mail a second notice when remedy parts are available. Owners may contact Mazda customer service at 1-800-222-5500. Mazda's number for this recall is 9816H.
